Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy from King Zee Tech Hub at zeetechhub.com or through our WhatsApp. By placing an order you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Products and prices

• All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and include any applicable taxes unless stated.
• We try to describe products and prices accurately. If we find an error after you order, we'll contact you, and you can cancel for a full refund.
• Product photos are for illustration. Packaging and colours may vary slightly.
• Stock is limited and may sell out. If an item you paid for is unavailable, we'll offer a replacement or a full refund.

2. Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed when payment succeeds through Paystack, or when we confirm a WhatsApp order with you.
• Online payments are processed securely by Paystack. We don't store your card or Mobile Money details.
• We may cancel orders that look fraudulent, or that contain obvious pricing errors. Any payment taken is refunded.

3. Delivery

Delivery times and fees are shown at checkout and on our Delivery & Returns page. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by things outside our control.

4. Returns, refunds and warranty

Our return and warranty rules are on the Delivery & Returns page. Refunds go back to the original payment method. This doesn't affect your rights under Ghanaian consumer law.

5. Using our site

• Don't misuse the site, for example by placing fake orders, trying to access other people's data, or interfering with its security.
• All content, logos and design on this site belong to King Zee Tech Hub or its suppliers.

6. Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow this limit. We're not responsible for losses caused by misuse of products, or by things outside our reasonable control.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
