Delivery

• Within Accra: same or next working day. Fee from GH₵30.00.
• Outside Accra: 1–3 working days via trusted courier or bus station drop-off. Fee from GH₵60.00.
• We'll call or WhatsApp you to confirm before dispatch.

Returns & exchanges

• If an item arrives faulty or damaged, tell us within 48 hours and we'll replace it.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
• Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 3 days for unused, sealed items.

Warranty

Many products carry a manufacturer warranty. Keep your order reference; it's your proof of purchase. Contact us and we'll handle the claim with you.

Payments & privacy

Online payments are processed securely by Paystack. We never see or store your card or Mobile Money PIN. We only use your name, phone and address to deliver your order.
